University Village | Holiday Concierge

University Village is looking for mature, energetic “holiday helpers” to work at our Holiday Concierge booth from November 28 to December 24. The booth will be closed on Christmas Day.

Staff must be available for shifts between the hours of 9:30 am and 9:30 pm with a minimum of 25 hours available per week.

The Holiday Concierge booth will be stationed near Ravenna Gardens. Staff will assist shoppers in finding stores and restaurants, suggesting gift ideas, promoting events and services as well as selling University Village gift cards.

Customer service experience and a strong familiarity with University Village are required, as is a desire to help customers during the busy holidays. The position also requires knowledge of computers and credit card machines.
